CPSN Board meetings are held the second Monday of the month at 7 p.m. in room A5 of the South Building of Group Health on Capitol Hill. Park outside the garage, as it closes before the meeting ends.

We will hear from two speakers who have overcome serious mental health issues. They will share their dark days, acceptance, treatment, coping strategies and successes, as well as their hopes and dreams for the future. There will be time for questions from the audience. Presented by NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).
